Blaze is repping Atlanta, where he graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in music. He’s been grinding at Major Mindz Media studio since 2016, writing fire tracks and lyrics. Blaze also creates dope music videos for his songs and streams them across all social media, racking up thousands of followers. But life hasn’t been easy for him; he’s a street thug trying to make it out of the hood. Since breaking up with his longtime girlfriend, he’s been feeling down for the past couple of months and knows he needs to hustle hard to change his situation. His buddy Ace hit him up, and Blaze asked him to come to Atlanta for a few months to help him clear his head and get ready for a rap contest. The competition in Atlanta is fierce, and Blaze knows he needs to step up his game to earn some money and escape his current life. Ace has plans to move to Atlanta too and wants to open a studio where aspiring social media stars and new rappers can learn the ropes—everything from stage presence to building a solid persona, and planning for a long-term career in the music biz.
Ace grew up in the electric vibes of Las Vegas, where dreams shone as bright as the neon lights. After finishing high school in 2005, he dove into community college to learn the ins and outs of engineering and switchboards, but his heart was always in the music scene. Breaking into the industry wasn’t easy, so he took a job as a letter carrier, hustling through the city and delivering mail to the artists he admired. Every rejection stung, but Ace knew he just needed one "yes" to turn things around. His best friend, BLAZE, was a force to be reckoned with—a talented rapper who had already made a name for himself in the underground scene. Always hustling and passing out mixtapes, BLAZE was known for his magnetic stage presence and relentless drive. Together, they fueled each other’s ambitions, sharing dreams of making it big. Ace poured all his savings into gear—speakers, a custom beat machine—crafting smooth tones and infectious rhythms that had the underground buzzing. Just when momentum was building, BLAZE hit Ace up with an incredible opportunity: a rap contest in Atlanta with a grand prize of $100,000 and a chance to headline at Club Underground every weekend for a year. Rappers from L.A., Atlanta, and New Orleans would be bringing their A-game, but Ace and BLAZE knew they could rise to the challenge. Ready to light up the stage and show the world what they were made of, the spotlight was calling, and it was time to step up.
